In regards to refunds, part of our core values is complete transparency in the way that we operate. Our official policy (which is publicly available on our website's homepage) clearly states that we cannot provide refunds on virtual products/services. If so, everyone could just ask for a refund, after buying, claiming that they are unhappy. However, we do grant double-charge refunds. To request a refund for a double-charge, please reply to the receipt email you received when you first purchased your iTVmediaPlayer. As you can imagine, only after our staff has tried all other alternatives, and is completely convinced that our software cannot run on your system (due to technical issues on our end), can we consider a refund (within 21 days of purchase.)
