I just bought a new laptop after giving my old one to my son. How do I go about re-downloading the iTV media player on my new laptop without having to re-purchase it? Thanks

Dear Djm1976, After purchasing your iTVmediaPlayer, a confirmation email was sent to you (check your spam or junk folder, if necessary). You may use the re-download link therein to install to another computer. Just open that email message from the machine you would like to install to. Also, if you already have a computer running iTVmediaPlayer, you can generate yourself a re-download email; by opening an already-running iTVmediaPlayer and clicking on the "Devices" option, on top. Then, open that email message from the machine you would like to install to. If you don't mind waiting a day or two (while your purchase is verified), you can also visit: iTVmediaPlayer.com/redownload and request a redownload from there. Note: If you can not receive the download email -- even after checking your spam or junk folder -- then, that means that your email provider may be blocking or dismissing the email being sent to you. Perhaps they are misjudging it as spam (some spam messages are automatically dismissed and do not even make it to the spam folder.) The only way to work around this is for you to use another email address to request your re-download. In such cases, as long as your order number (or something else about your order) matches with our database, there should not be any issues (even if you use another email address.) Thanks.
