I have downloaded and installed iTVmediaplayer and after attempting to "play" a movie, got a window that stated I needed to download Adobe Flash Player 11. I downloaded and installed the Flash Player and am still getting the same error/window stating I need Adobe Flash Player 11.

Dear Phoxxey, You may simply need to restart iTVmediaPlayer -- especially, since you just installed a plug-in. Otherwise, please restart your device altogether. If using an Android device, we recommend that you install a Flash-supporting browser on your device (and make it your default browser.) One of the Flash browsers we recommend is: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appsverse.photon -- Thank you.

Thanks for the fast response however, I shut down and restarted my computer several times yesterday and today to try to get iTV to work. No luck, same message: "You need Flash Player 11" which I have downloaded and installed and yes, it's in my list of programs. Frankly, I am more than bummed over this and can see why you don't give refunds...easy money

Phoxxey, is iTVmediaPlayer asking you to log in? If yes, you need to be a Cloud Member to use that particular version of iTVmediaPlayer: itvmediaplayer.com/cloudOtherwise, what operating system are you using? If using Windows 8: Please open Internet Explorer on Desktop mode. Then, open your Internet Explorer' settings and enable the Shockwave Flash Object, under: Settings > Manage Add-ons > All other operating systems: Please open Internet Explorer. Then, visit this link to install Flash: get.adobe.com/flashplayerOnce it is installed, please open your Internet Explorer' settings and enable the Shockwave Flash Object, under: Settings > Manage Add-ons >

Hi..I am not being asked to log in other than to respond to the boards. I think part of the problem is that Adobe Flash Player is 64 bit softeware and I am running Windows Vista with 2MB of memory on a 32 bit Toshiba laptop. Appreciate your help but I am stumped..

If it's not going to work, period, how do I get a refund?

Phoxxey, unfortunately, as per our Terms section (which is publicly available at our website), only after our staff has identified that our software cannot run on your system (due to technical issues on our end), can we consider a refund (within 21 days of purchase.) Your case is clearly identified as a setting/incompatibility issue beyond our own system. You may learn more about our Terms here: iTVmediaPlayer.com/terms
