I just downloaded and installed the application. When I try to run it I get an error message: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application". I click OK and it terminates... But I don't want it to terminate, I want it to run. What does that error mean? How do I fix it?

Dear Lamaya, We apologize for the inconvenience you may be experiencing. It seems that your computer may not have the necessary Microsoft .NET framework installed. We do not warn our users about this issue, because the aforementioned .NET framework software module is supposed to come pre-installed on all Windows machines. It is possible that -- for whatever reason -- that part of your operating system may be faulty. But don't worry -- it is nothing you can't fix swiftly. To solve this issue, all you have to do is simply install the latest Microsoft .NET framework on your computer. To do so, please visit: www.microsoft.com/net
