We apologize for the misunderstanding. Whenever you download anything to your Android tablet/phone, the files download to a place called, "Downloads", within your device. Please go to where all of your apps are installed and look for an app labeled "Downloads". Click on it and find your iTVmediaPlayer download there. Thanks.

I downloaded the software to my android phone and when I try to open the file from my downloads it opens my geo cache app. If I cant get it to work I will have to request a refund.

Dear jhoquezhuff,
We do not believe there is something wrong with the app itself. Instead, assuming that you are not clicking on the geocache app, by mistake (because they may have been next to each other at the time), it is very possible your phone may need either a restart or a complete restore (resetting back to factory settings). This should fix any internal issues your phone may have been experiencing without you realizing it. Thank you.

Once again, jhoquezhuff, we do not believe there is something wrong with the app itself (since it runs fine in other devices). Instead, it is very possible your phone may need either a restart or a complete restore (resetting back to factory settings). This should fix any internal issues your phone may have been experiencing without you realizing it. Thank you.
