I have gone through the re-download process with my confirmation email/number and get no reply. I have tried three times and no replywithin 24 hours like it says and I have been checking my spam folder. Please help!

We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for reporting this issue to us. We just tested our internal verification process system, and it seems to be working well, without any issues. Therefore, that leaves your email provider as the culprit. In other words, your email provider seems to be blocking or dismissing the email being sent to you. Perhaps they are misjudging it as spam. You may add our email address "noreply@iTVmediaPlayer.com" to your Safe-list, and try again (don't forget to check your spam/junk folder/s.) Otherwise, the only way to work around this is for you to use another email address to request your re-download. As long as your order number is authentic, there should not be any issues (even if you use another email address.)
If you are trying to download to your smartphone and/or tablet, another possibility is that your device may simply not be synching email correctly (for whatever reason/s.) To make sure you are experiencing a device issue (and not an issue from our end), please check your email from your provider's Website, using another device (preferably a computer.) Thanks.

My email is from 2009 could it be too old and not be valid now.

Not really. As long as your order number is authentic, there should not be any issues (even if you use another email address.) Thanks.

I have tried another email and get the same result. The order number is valid it was from mytvforfree back in 2009 you are called something new now, but it is the same company. If you give me an email I will forward you the email and also the paypal email if you want.

Just to make sure... can you please try it again, paying close attention to the possibility of misspelling the email address on our end? Since you seem to be the only person experiencing this, it seems to us that this may be the case. We ARE humans, after all, right?

Where will the email be coming from so I can add it to my contacts, that way it will not go into the spam folder.
