Hi, I downloaded this app in order to watch TV on my Android tablet and phone. According to your FAQ "It is compatible with all Windows PC systems and Android devices (including smart phones and tablets.)" According top your FAQ, the ONLY requirements for Android devices are:
"System requirements:
- Any operating system
- High-speed (or at least 3G) Web connection"
I can't get this to work on my devices because when I try to use the app, it just opens a website to play the shows from. However, they won't play on my devices because my devices won't allow Flash Player, which is apparently required to play shows. Had the FAQ disclosed this Flash Player requirement, I would not have purchased this since I know my devices aren't compatible with Flash Player. Since the FAQ doesn't disclose this information, and is in fact deceptive since it does not disclose this critical information, I feel a refund is entirely justified. Please reply with info on how to receive a refund. Thank you, Justin

We are very sorry about the technical difficulties your may have experienced. We have updated our FAQs section to reflect the Adobe Flash Requirement on Android devices. However, we can only provide a refund on the Android app (which is pro-rated at $4.99; within the $14.99 package) -- not the entire package price or any add-ons (i.e. automatic updates, lifetime downloads, etc.) Your refund has been processed. Thank you.
