We apologize for the inconvenience. We provide customer support through this forum. The main reason your payment may not be going through is probably due to some of your information not matching up, somehow (usually human error; through misspellings). For example, your full name, billing address (which may be different than the address you reside in), credit card information (number and security code), etc. Some credit cards may not be accepted, for other reasons; such as: a) If the country you are in has a more-than-normal, high fraud rate. b) If your bank or credit provider denies the purchase (due to lack of credit, non-payment, among other technical issues. c) If you have recently been a victim of either credit card or bank fraud. d) If you have recently requested a chargeback (learn more about chargebacks here)) or request chargebacks more usual than others. d) If your bank or credit card provider finds the transaction "unusual." e) If you are trying to use a pre-paid credit card. f) If you are trying to use an ATM card, and your ATM card does not have a visible logo of a major credit card (i.e. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, etc.) g) If you are trying to use your Amazon account to pay, but your Amazon account has old, expired billing information on file (i.e. expired credit card/s and/or bank account information.) With the aforesaid in mind, we suggest that you please try again, at: iTVmediaPlayer.com -- if that does not resolve the issue, please consider using another card. Thank you.
