I am unable to download link to my smart tv. I contacted my internet provider and also the maker of the tv, but they were unable to help me.

We apologize for the misunderstanding. In order to use iTVmediaPlayer on your TV, you will most likely have to visit: iTVmediaPlayer.com/cloud and use it from there (if your TV does not have an iTVmediaPlayer app by default.) Thank you.

I have asked for help numerous times to install itv media player and can not get help. I want to use this service but if I don't get help with downloading I will ask for a refund.
