I have not been sent any verification email messages, not to my inbox or junk box. I try to log into my account but it says I don't exist. Why can't you make things easier and fix your website!
I have read your refund policy and let me tell you that I can force a refund out of you instantly through Mastercard UK, but I find your app interesting if I can ever manage to download it.
Send me a verification email now please!

Thanks for your reply, but referring me to another link doesn't help at all. I did modify the privacy settings in my Chrome browser, but I was never sent a verification message in the first place and I keep requesting another verification message but it says my account doesn't exist.
Please help.

We apologize, but we think you may be confused about the difference between iTVmediaPlayer and iTVmediaPlayer Cloud. The difference is simple: Windows and Android users use iTVmediaPlayer; which DOES NOT require a user account -- you just use the app. All other users (including Macs, iPhones, iPads, etc.) use iTVmediaPlayer Cloud; which DOES REQUIRE a user account. In other words, iTVmediaPlayer and iTVmediaPlayer Cloud are two different things: iTVmediaPlayer is an app (Windows or Android); and iTVmediaPlayer Cloud is a one-time-payment service that allows you to create an account; so that you can use the service online (no device apps are provided; but Web-based access.) So, it is possible that you may have bought one but not the other. The moment you chose your platform, before you bought, at itvmediaplayer.com/download, you automatically chose between iTVmediaPlayer and iTVmediaPlayer Cloud (each is sold separately.)
