After upgrading to the newer version of iTVmediaPlayer, I have wearily tried multiple times to verify my account. The site has told me multiple times that it has successfully sent my verification link to three different e-mail accounts. I have unblocked any and all spam but none of these accounts are receiving any account verifications. Please help!!

Dear Virgnbul, It is very possible that your verification email may be in stuck in your “Spam” or “Junk” email folder. If so, please add our email address to your safe/authorized sender list, by editing your spam/junk filter settings and try to get a verification email again: iTVmediaPlayer.com/cloud If you misspelled your email address, when creating your account, we suggest that you create a new account (with the correct email address), pay for it and ask for a refund for the first failed attempt. Our system may NOT allow you to create a new account if you request the refund BEFORE you create the new account. Therefore, please create your new account first; BEFORE you request the refund for the first failed attempt. Thank you.
