Dear msdimlpes21fd, We apologize for the inconvenience. This happens when the Cookie security settings, on your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.), are set too high. To fix this, simply go to your browser settings and lower your settings to allow all Cookies. Internet Explorer: Settings, Internet Options, "Privacy" tab, lower lever to "Accept All Cookies". Google Chrome: Settings, Show advanced settings, Privacy, Content settings button, check "Allow local data to be set". Keep in mind that before you can log in, you must first verify your account. For more info on account verification, please refer to: itvmediaplayer.proboards.com/thread/7/verifying-account?page=1&scrollTo=8If you already paid, but your Cloud account still shows as "awaiting payment" (which is a rare event, but has happened), we suggest that you pay for your Cloud account again -- at: iTVmediaPlayer.com/cloud -- and ask for a full refund for the first failed attempt (once you are up and running.) Please keep in mind that our system may NOT allow you to use your account anymore, if you request the refund BEFORE you pay for it again. In other words, please request the refund for the first failed attempt AFTER you have for it twice. Otherwise, you will need to create another account (with another email address), at: iTVmediaPlayer.com/cloud NOTE: In some cases, some users get confused between iTVmediaPlayer and iTVmediaPlayer Cloud. The difference is simple: Windows and Android users use iTVmediaPlayer; which DOES NOT require a user account -- you just use the app. All other users (including Macs, iPhones, iPads, etc.) use iTVmediaPlayer Cloud; which DOES REQUIRE a user account. In other words, iTVmediaPlayer and iTVmediaPlayer Cloud are two different things: iTVmediaPlayer is an app (Windows or Android); and iTVmediaPlayer Cloud is a one-time-payment service that allows you to create an account; so that you can use the service online (no device apps are provided; but Web-based access.) So, it is possible that you may have bought one but not the other. The moment you chose your platform, before you bought, at itvmediaplayer.com/download, you automatically chose between iTVmediaPlayer and iTVmediaPlayer Cloud (each is sold separately.)
