Thanks for the prompt response earlier. When I execute the app, it does not load the guide. I do see the two commercials, though.
I have reset the options to default for IE9 (win 7 pro 64 bit) and brought the security to low, disabled my antivirus, have the latest flash player, still no luck - no guide. Any suggestions? Thx Sam

You are welcome, Samtronics.
Firstly, we would like to clear out that you must click on left-side "Guide" in order for the channel guide to actually open up. Otherwise, what you may be experiencing usually means that the web cache has been corrupted. It is nothing serious. Every single time you access anything that uses the web, some files are downloaded to a temporary folder. Some programs, including iTVmediaPlayer, store these files to provide faster loading next time you use the app. These files, however, seldom get corrupted and you need to clean them out; and let the program re-download fresh ones.
To clean your cache, simply go to your Control Panel, choose "Network and Internet", and click on "Delete browsing history and cookies." A new window should come up. Under the "Browsing history" section, click on the "Delete" button. Check "Temporary Internet files" and click the "Delete" button below.
If that doesn't fix the problem, then try re-starting, because it can also be a rare (but occasional) rendering issue with your .NET framework. Re-starting normally fixes these rare issues.
