All I am getting is a black screen and no shows being played. I have gone to other providers on my iTVmediaplayer and I am able to tune in. Please help.

Dear Larry,
This usually means that your web cache has been corrupted. It is nothing serious.
Every single time you access anything that uses the web, some files are downloaded to a temporary folder. Some programs, including iTVmediaPlayer, store these files to provide faster loading next time you use the app. These files, however, seldom get corrupted and you need to clean them out; and let the program re-download fresh ones.
To clean your cache, simply go to your Control Panel, choose "Network and Internet", and click on "Delete browsing history and cookies." A new window should come up. Under the "Browsing history" section, click on the "Delete" button. Check "Temporary Internet files" and click the "Delete" button below. Try to view the provider once again.
If this doesn't help, then restart your computer. If issue still persists, simply try again later, since it is very possible the provider may simply be currently updating its screen player. (If so, you may need to re-clean your temporary files once again.)
If issue persists for more than 6 hours, feel free to report it to the actual channel in question (they each have a contacting option). If they ask you what browser you are using, tell them that you prefer to use their service through iTVmediaPlayer -- they will try to convince you to use Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari or any browser; to be able to better-monitor your computer behavior.
For your security, iTVmediaPlayer is designed not to support certain types of JavaScript coding. Therefore, if any channel behaves "buggy", it could mean that there is something your iTVmediaPlayer is trying to prevent from executing, for your safety. Don not be alarmed, though. What your iTVmediaPlayer may be trying to block may not even be something "harmful" -- it could be just a tracking cookie, or so. Nevertheless, do let the channel in question know that you strongly prefer iTVmediaPlayer.
