I've purchased and successfully downloaded iTVmediaPlayer to my Windows PC, installed and activated it. In the GMail message confirming my order there is a link to a free bonus Android version with a lengthy link that for downloading the file. When I open this message on my HTC-1 Android phone this link is broken. When I activate this link in the message opened on my PC the only option seems to be downloading the file (iTVmediaPlayer.apk) to my PC. I did that then copied it to the Download folder on my phone. When I open that folder nothing is there. Is there a alternate link for downloading the Player executable to my phone.

Dear Bertso,
Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience. We ask that you please copy-and-paste the long URL into your Android browser -- rather than simply clicking on the clickable link. This should resolve your issue. Thank you again for contacting us. .

I could find no way to highlight the character string that would comprise the hyperlink. I tried fruitlessly to manually enter the string but failed. I decided to forward the message to my outlook mail. I was successful and the hyperlink for the Android download was there (in blue). I clicked on the hyperlink and was connected only to find out that the download link had expired. Since I never did download the Android version there doesn't seem to be a way to use the "re-download" feature. What now?

We do apologize for the inconvenience. Please do use the re-download feature provided within the email. Once you receive the new download URL, please copy-and-paste the long URL into your Android browser -- rather than simply clicking on the clickable link. This should resolve your issue. Thank you again for contacting us.

I can't copy from a message and past to the browser I have on my Android phone. This is far to complicated to accomplish. All you had to do is extend the download expiration and it might have resolved the download on the phone. It sure would be nice to reach a human being.
While waiting for this issue to run its course I've logged on with my PC tried to checkout the listing shown in the menu. I wanted to watch tonight's NFL game. Lot of video clips but very little live material. Couldn't find any way to watch what was listed with out registering to something. I don't want to "register" for anything that is advertised to be free. The black background is attrocious. Can't imagine what it would be like on my phone.
Bottom line. I'm tired of jumping through hoops and disappointed with the content. What a shame. The concept sounded too good to be true. I guess it is. I would like to cancel everything and get a refund. How can I accomplish this? I will wait to hear from you until Monday then I will contact Amazon and contest the Sept 23 $14.99 charge.
